1,Shipping& Handling:
Usually we use DHL, Fedex: It is really fast and you can track online anytime. Normally, it takes only 3-5 working days to main cities in the world.

2,Shipping Methods and time
We ship to worldwide main cities that have DHL, Fedex, or UPS Express service.
You can choose appropriate sculpturing and shipping methods to meet your need, the cost may different according to different priority.
At present, we offer 4 sculpturing and shipping methods for you to choose:

1, ships within 2-3 weeks.
2, ships within 15 days
3, ship within 10 days
4, ship within 5 days.

For example, if you choose "ships within 10 days" on 1 Dec, then we will arrange to complete your order and send out by DHL before 11 Dec. and usually, you may expect to get it 3-5 days later.

3,Shipping Damage Claims.
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damange case almost never happen. If you get damaged dolls, please take photos and contact us soon, we will arrange to remake a new one to replace.(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it).

4, Refund and Return-"0" Risk Order Online :
The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 70-90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique.
Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... refund and return base on the following conditions:
A, You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to custom made your bobbleheads and show you the first proofs.
B, Once we begin your order, only 50% payment + shipping cost refund if you want to cancel your order - please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.
C, We do care about your experience to order online with us, now, you can be protected by our " "0" risk order online policy " -- If you find it not as described when you get your package in hand within 48 hours, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return  shipping), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid.
